摘要
四工位刀架是数控车床的重要组成部分,也是数控车床故障高发点之一。本文基于西门子NX 9.0软件,进行了四工位刀架的三维建模与运动仿真,并对其难点进行了分析,对于分析四工位刀架的运动过程和优化改进其结构具有重要参考价值。
Fourposition tool holder is an important part of NC lathe,and it is also one of the high-incidence points of NC lathe failure.Based on Siemens NX 9.0 software,this paper carries out three-dimensional modeling and motion simulation of fourposition tool holder,and analyses its difficulties.It has important reference value for analyzing the movement process of fourposition tool holder and optimizing and improving its structure.
