摘要
全球化在加强国际竞争的同时,也促进了民族间际的社会、文化、经济、技术及人力等方面的交流,并衍生了21世纪更高标准三语及多语人才的硬性需求。大多位于中国东北地区延边自治州的朝鲜族,在三语教育方面有长期的成功传统。本文首先回顾了三语教育的相关研究文献,然后基于延边自治州语言政策、语言活力等三语教育语境的描写,围绕朝鲜族三语教育的语言态度、对外语教师的要求等展开个案性重点讨论。结论认为,三语教育成功的关键因子是需要少数民族群众从根本上重新评估自身语言体系与文化身份,探讨语言学习过程中三语互动交际的模式,构建适合自身语境的三语教育体系。
Globalization stimulates inter-ethnological exchange in society,culture,economy,technology,and human resources while intensifying international competition,and derives rigid demand for standard three languages and multiple languages in the 21 century. The Korean nationality that concentrates in the Yanbian Autonomous Prefecture of northeast China has a long-term successful tradition in education of three kinds of language. This paper first reviewed related research literatures on the education of three kinds of language,and then on the basis of context description of the education of three kinds of language including language policy,language vitality,etc.,the emphasis was put on the discussion of the requirement of foreign language teachers individually. The conclusion was derived that the key factor for success of three languages education lies in the reevaluation of their own language system and cultural status fundamentally by the masses of the ethnic minorities,discussion on the mode of three languages interaction and communication during language learning,and building of the three languages education system suitable for the context of themselves.
