《新民族》的现代民族理论建构及其启示

在中国全面抗战大后方出版界中,《新民族》无论在办刊宗旨、内容题材,还是在学术水准上,均有着突出的地位和价值贡献。其对于引导青年、激励抗战民心并促进民族复兴都有着实质性的意义。不仅如此,以罗家伦、潘重规、张贵永等中央大学教授为核心的《新民族》编撰群体还探索了具有现代意义的民族理论建构。《新民族》的民族理论建构,具有借鉴世界历史的自觉,基于中国固有的传统,是具有现代意义的建构,并带着民族复兴的旨趣,这对于唤醒国人的民族意识、国家意识,恢复民族积极进取的人生观,重建中华民族自信等产生了重要的积极影响,至今仍能带给我们诸多启示,更有助于两岸青年以民族精神的现代诠释,建立正确的人生观,共同完成民族复兴。

New Nationality is a periodical on the comment of current politics established by Luo Jialun("one of the founders of the national theory in China") in Feb 1938(it is the key period of the Anti-Japanese War) and in Chong Qing,which was taken as the capital of Chinese national government during the war period. No matter on the aspects of periodical tenet,contents & theme or in academic level,the Periodical had a marked status and value contribution in the publication circle of the all-round anti-Japanese war Rear Area. For guiding the youth,stimulating people's feeling and promoting national renaissance,it has an essential significance. In addition,the New Nationality compilation group with such professors of the Central University as Luo Jialun,Pan Chonggui and Zhang Guiyong also explored the structure of the national theory with modern significance. The structure of national theory in New Nationality has the self-enlightenment using world history as reference and bases on the Chinese inherent tradition,it is a structure with modern significance and owns the objective of national renaissance,therefore,it caused important and active influence on waking up the national sense and country sense of Chinese people,recovering the aggressive life view and rebuilding the self-confidence of the Chinese Nationality,until now,it can also give us many enlightenments.It is also helpful for the youths in Taiwan and the Mainland to establish a correct life view by the modern explanation for national spirit,jointly complete the national reconnaissance.
