On the Infiltration of Buddhist Theories into Ci Poems of the Song Dynasty

继隋唐之后,佛教与宋代文人士大夫的联系进一步加强,文人学佛参禅成普遍风气,并因此给宋代文学带来深刻影响,佛教在宋代各体文学中都有广泛深入的渗透。佛理在宋词中的渗透以不同层次的三种方式体现出来,给宋词带来新的艺术特质,尤其是赋予宋词一种特殊的理趣。

Since the Sui and Tang Dynasty,the relationship between Buddhism and scholarofficials of the Song Dynasty has been further strengthened and it has been universal for men of letters to study Buddhism and to sit in deep meditation,thereby having exerted an enormous impact on literature of the Song Dynasty and caused Buddhism to infiltrate extensively and profoundly into various literary forms in the Song Dynasty.The infiltration of Buddhist theories into the Ci poems of the Song Dynasty is manifest in three manners of diverse levels,thus injecting into the Ci poems fresh artistic features and imparting to Ci poems rational sense of a special type.
