海南物价形成机制研究

On the Formation Mechanism of Prices in Hainan

文章对近几年来海南物价水平相关指数指标进行了对比分析,认为海南总体物价有几个显著的特点,农村CPI、生活必需品价格和农业生产资料价格均远高于全国水平,致使海南物价水平整体高于全国。对海南物价的成因进行了分析,认为成本因素是物价波动的主要动力,宏观因素对物价的影响仅次于成本因素。并提出控制物价的三点建议:加强农业生产资料价格的补贴和监管;适度控制固定资产投资过快增长;设立省级价格调节基金。

This paper makes a contrastive analysis of correlation indexes of prices in Hainan in recent years and opines that the price in Hainan has some distinctive features,i. e. the CPI,the price of daily necessities and the price of agricultural production materials are much higher than the national average level,thus making the price level in Hainan higher than the price level nationwide. On this basis,the paper analyses the origin of Hainan price and holds that the cost factor is the primary cause for price fluctuations,with macro factors being the second factor.Finally,the paper puts forth three proposals for controlling prices,namely,the reinforcement of subsidies to and supervision of prices of agricultural production materials; the moderate control of the excessive growth of investments in fixed assets; and the establishment of the provincial price regulation fund.
