摘要
"双百"方针的提出有着深刻的国际国内的社会历史背景,有它的哲学基础和规定的内涵。它是在中国共产党领导下促进适应中国国情的社会主义文化繁荣的方针,在本质上,它是在文艺和科学领域以后发制人的策略开展阶级斗争以巩固无产阶级专政的方针。"双百"方针由于其字面上的含糊性而不断地被人们误解。名副其实的"双百"从来就没有也不可能真正实行。
Proposed against the profound social and historical background at home and abroad,the 'DoubleHundred guiding principle'has its own philosophical foundation and specified connotation. As a policy to promote the boom of socialist culture tailored to China's national conditions under the leadership of the Chinese Communist Party,the 'Double-Hundred guiding principle'is in essence a policy to consolidate the proletarian dictatorship in the domain of literature and art and science by implementing class struggle through the posterior strategy. However,the 'Double-Hundred guiding principle'has been constantly misunderstood due to its literal ambiguity,for it has never been or likely to be carried out in its real sense.
