AFRP加固后钢管再生混凝土承载力分析 被引量:2

摘要 为了研究掺加玄武岩纤维以及外包AFRP加固对圆钢管再生混凝土短柱试件轴压承载力的影响,试验设计了12根钢管再生混凝土短柱试件,其中6根为对照组试件,6根为加固组试件;以再生骨料替代率、掺加玄武岩纤维为变量分别讨论AFRP加固后掺加玄武岩纤维及再生骨料取代率对试件轴压承载力及轴向和周向应变的影响。结果发现再生骨料取代率对试件的影响最大。最后通过理论分析对AFRP加固后的钢管再生混凝土短柱进行轴压承载力计算,计算结果与试验数据吻合较好。 For the purpose of studying the mechanical behaviors of the recycled aggregate concrete with different replacement percentages of recycled coarse aggregate.Twelve steel tube columns filled with recycled aggregate concrete,which comprising of six original group and six strengthened steel tube.The main experimental parameters included the replacement ratio of recycled coarse aggregates and whether add basalt fiber to recycled aggregate concrete.Analysis the influence of the replacement ratio of recycled coarse aggregates and the basalt fiber about the bearing capacity strain and displacement.The results show that the replacement ratio of recycled coarse aggregates is the most significant influence to the bearing capacity.Finally,based on the influence relationship of the replacement ratio of the recycled concrete between the compressive strengthen.Analytical expression of the bearing capacity about the area of AFRP and the replacement ratio of recycled concrete and verified experimentally.
