摘要
为探讨在不同龄期下磷渣、粉煤灰、硅灰对混凝土强度的影响,获取混凝土强度的最优配合比,制备耐久性良好的高强高性能混凝土。试验运用正交方法以及SPSS软件对试验数据进行分析、优化,获得不同矿物掺合料对混凝土各个龄期的最优线性回归方程和影响混凝土强度的主次因素。试验结果表明:磷渣掺量25%,粉煤灰掺量30%,硅灰掺量10%,混凝土的抗压强度最高。粉煤灰对混凝土强度影响主要在后期,增长潜力较大,且加入少量硅灰的粉煤灰混凝土,早期、后期强度与各影响因素的线性相关性比较好。前期硅灰对混凝土强度贡献比较明显,后期较为缓慢。前期磷渣量越大,混凝土强度降幅也越大,但后期增幅越发明显。
In order to investigate the influence of phosphorus slag,fly ash and silica fume on the strength of concrete at different ages,obtain the optimal mix proportion of concrete strength and prepare the high strength and high performance concrete with good durability.The orthogonal experimental method and the SPSS software were used to analyze and optimize the experimental data.The optimal linear regression equations of different mineral admixtures for concrete at various ages and the primary and secondary factors affecting the strength of concrete were obtained.The experimental results show that the content of phosphorus slag is 25%,the content of fly ash is 30%and the content of silica fume is 10%,and the compressive strength of concrete is the highest.The influence of fly ash on concrete strength is mainly in the later stage,with great potential for growth.Adding a small amount of silica fume fly ash concrete,the linear correlation between early and late strength and various influencing factors is good.Early silica fume contribution to the concrete strength is obvious,the latter part of more slowly.The earlier the amount of phosphorus slag,the greater the decline in concrete strength,but the more obvious increase in the latter part.
