摘要
为适应超高层混凝土施工技术发展的需要,针对广州东塔工程建设项目面临的问题,广州市天达混凝土公司成功研制出具有"三高、两低、两自"(高强、高保塑、高耐久、低收缩、低水化热、自密实、自养护)绿色混凝土——多功能C120超高性能混凝土(UHPC);采用三一重工集团提供的性能稳定优越的泵送设备与相应的技术措施,顺利将多功能C120超高性能混凝土泵送至510 m的新高度,实现了混凝土配制技术与施工技术的新突破,刷新了建筑行业的世界新纪录。
In order to adapt to the needs of the development of ultra high-rise concrete construction technology,aiming at the problems faced by engineering construction of Guangzhou East Tower,Guangzhou Tianda Concrete Co.,Ltd.,developed the“three high,two low and two self”(high strength,high plasticity preservation,high durability,low shrinkage,low hydration heat,self-compacting,self-supporting)green concrete———multifunction C120 ultra high performance concrete(UHPC)successfully.Using the pumping equipment with stable performance provided by Sany Heavy Industry Co.,Ltd.,and corresponding technical measures,the multifunction C120 ultra-high performance concrete was pumped to a new height of 510 meters,achieving a new breakthrough in concrete preparation technology and construction technology.Refreshed the world record for the construction industry.
