基于评分法的冷拌超薄磨耗层混凝土优化设计 被引量:5

摘要 针对影响冷拌超薄磨耗层沥青混凝土性质的因素众多,为提高整体性能,采用了不同水性环氧掺量,油石比,水泥掺量,设计正交试验进行冷拌沥青混凝土的制备,考察了混凝土的强度、低温抗裂性能和水稳定性能三个指标,借助灰关联分析各指标在整体性能评价中所占比例,用评分的方法对不同配合比的混凝土进行优劣排序,根据分值的极差分析研究各因素对性能的影响规律。研究结果表明,水性环氧掺量对混合料的强度和低温性能影响较大,而水稳定性能受水泥用量的影响较大,不同配合比下的混凝土性质各异。最终确定冷拌超薄磨耗层沥青混凝土的最优组合为水性环氧掺量为20%,油石比为5.0%,水泥用量为5%。 There are many factors influencing the properties of cold mix asphalt concrete.in order to improve the overall performance,different waterborne epoxy dosage,different cement content and different oil and stone ratio were used.The preparation of cold mix asphalt concrete was designed by orthogonal test,three indexes of strength,low temperature crack resistance and water stability were investigated,At the same time,the proportion of each index in the overall performance evaluation was analyzed by means of grey correlation analysis,and the concrete of different proportions were ranked by the method of grading.According to the range analysis of the score,the influence of various factors on the performance is studied.The results show that the waterborne epoxy content has great influence on the strength and low temperature performance of the concrete,and the water stability are greatly influenced by the dosage of cement,different properties under different ratio of concrete.Finally,the optimal combination of water-based epoxy content is 20%,the oil and stone ratio is 5.0%,and the cement content is 5%.
