摘要
伴随基础设施建设高速发展和河砂资源的日益短缺,机制砂混凝土的应用逐步普遍。研究了机制砂对C20~C120强度等级混凝土的适应性,不同岩性机制砂对高性能混凝土(以C60为例)的适应性,以及机制砂混凝土的弹性模量和干缩徐变性能特征。试验结果表明,石英质砂岩机制砂对C20~C120不同强度等级混凝土具有良好的适应性,可满足各强度等级混凝土的配制;不同岩性的机制砂对C60高性能混凝土都具有很好的适应性,机制砂在混凝土中引入了粉料,增强了混凝土的密实性从而提高混凝土的弹性模量,可降低混凝土的干缩和徐变。
With the rapid development of infrastructure and the increasing shortage of river sand resources,the application of mechanism sand concrete is becoming more and more common.It studies the adaptability of manufactured sand to C20~C120 concrete,adaptability of different manufactured lithology sand to high-performance concrete(C60,for example),as well as the concrete elastic modulus and creep and shrinkage performance of manufactured sand.The results show that the quartz manufactured sand has good adaptability to C20~C120 concrete,and can meet the preparation of various strength grade concrete.The different lithologic manufactured sand of has good adaptability to C60 high performance concrete.The manufactured sand introduces powder in concrete,which enhances the compactness of concrete and contributes to improve the elastic modulus of concrete and reduce the shrinkage and creep of concrete.
