粉煤灰掺量对机制砂混凝土力学和耐磨性的影响研究 被引量:12

摘要 通过开展抗压强度、抗折强度、肯塔堡试验和表面磨损试验,研究了不同粉煤灰(0~60%)掺量对机制砂混凝土力学性能和和耐磨性的影响,并对混凝土强度与耐磨性参数进行建模分析。结果表明:随着粉煤灰比例的增加,混凝土的抗压、抗折强度逐渐降低,但抗折强度随养护龄期延长的增长速率逐渐提高。机制砂混凝土抗折、抗压强度之间具有幂函数关系。随着粉煤灰掺量的增加,机制砂混凝土所有试验龄期的肯塔堡质量损失率、表面磨损质量损失率以及质量损失率增长率均呈增大趋势发展。粉煤灰取代水泥降低了机制砂混凝土耐磨性。建立了混凝土抗压强度与混凝土耐磨性的对数线性模型,给出了肯塔堡质量损失率与表面磨损质量损失率的经验计算式。 Effects of fly ash content(0~60%)on the mechanical properties and abrasion resistance of manufactured sand concrete were studied through strength test,Cantabro test and surface abrasion test.The results show that with the increase of the fly ash content the compressive and fleural strength showed an decrease tendency,but the growth rate of flxural strength increase.And a power function relationship was observed between flexural strength and compressive strength.It was also found that with the increase of fly ash replacement,the Cantabro loss and surface abrasion weight loss were increased at all tested ages.A log-liner relationship was built between the strength and abrasion resistance of manufactured sand concrete.A model was proposed for Cantabro loss and surface abrasion weight loss immune to the curing age and the fly ash content.
