摘要 通过碳纳米管(CNTs)与甲基丙烯酸异丁酯等材料对氰基丙烯酸乙酯进行复合改性,制备成混凝土裂缝快速修复灌浆材料,并通过水泥砂浆试块的抗压与抗折试验来评估其混凝土裂缝的灌缝效果。试验研究表明,该材料流动性好、黏接强度高、聚合固化快,具有一定的工程应用潜力。在一定程度上也可作为一种混凝土裂缝自修复的功能结构一体化材料,具有良好的应用前景。 The modification of ethyl cyanoacrylate was conducted by using carbon nanotubes(CNTs)and isobutyl methacrylate.It can be used to prepare a novel quick-repair grouting material for concrete crack repairing.And the relevant repairing results of the cracked concrete were evaluated through the compressive and flexural tests of cement mortar test block.Experimental studies have shown that the as-prepared grouting material has good fluidity,high bonding strength,rapid polymerization and solidification,and has certain potential in engineering applications.To a certain extent,it can also be used as a functional and structural integrated material for self-repairing concrete cracks,which has a good application prospect.
