摘要
不同外加剂对灌浆料性能会产生不同的影响,试验主要考察了在普通硅酸盐水泥、高铝水泥和硫铝酸盐水泥三元复配水泥三元胶凝体系中掺加几种缓凝剂、促凝剂和防冻剂对负温套筒灌浆料凝结时间、流动度和抗压强度等性能的影响。硝酸钠、甲酸钙、硫酸钠的单掺试验和正交试验表明,防冻剂对各龄期抗压强度虽然有一定程度的提高,但对流动度的影响更大,且复掺大于单掺,影响程度为硫酸钠>甲酸钙>硝酸钠。掺加石膏、酒石酸对负温套筒灌浆料起到缓凝作用,碳酸锂起到促凝作用,其中石膏对负温套筒灌浆料的缓凝效果最为明显。
Different admixtures can produce different effects on the performance of grouting material.In experiment process,it is mainly investigated that retarder,voagulant,and antifreezing agent mixed in ternary cementations system consisted of ordinary portland cement,high alumina cement,and sculpture acuminate cement effects on setting time,fluidity,and compressive strength of negative temperature sleeve grouting material.Added one kind of sodium nitrate,calcium formate,and sodium sulfate and orthogonal test shows that although compressive strength of all ages increase in some degree by adding antifreeze,but more influence on the flow,and the effect of double mixing is better than single doped,the influence degree is for sodium sulfate>formic acid calcium>sodium nitrate.Gypsum and tartaric acid have retarding effect to negative temperature sleeve grouting material,lithium carbonate has coagulating effect,and retarding effect of the gypsum to negative temperature sleeve grouting material is most significant.
