摘要
采用某公司提供的两种水泥,分别是利用低品位石灰石生产的KH=0.82的低饱和比熟料制备的P·O 42.5级水泥为S1以及KH=0.9的正常熟料制备P·O 42.5级水泥为S2。通过做两种水泥以及在混凝土C30、C50的工作性能、抗压强度来表征S1、S2的差异性,结果表明S1在水泥以及混凝土C30、C50的工作性能上与S2相差不大,虽然S1在水泥胶砂以及在混凝土的早期强度上低于S2,但在后期强度上完全赶超S2,而且从C30、C50混凝土的强度方面表明S1更有利于制备高强度等级混凝土。
It adopts two types of cement provided by a company,KH=0.82 is the use of low grade limestone preparation of P·O 42.5 cement with low saturation ratio clinker and P·O 42.5 cement with code S1 and KH=0.9 as normal clinker.The number is S2.The differences in S1 and S2 were characterized by two types of cement and in the work performance and compressive strength of concrete C30 and C50.The results show that S1 has little difference with S2 in the performance of cement and concrete C30 and C50,although S1 is the cement mortar and the early strength of the concrete are lower than S2,but fully surpasses S2 in the later strength,and the strength of the concrete from C30 and C50 shows that S1 is more favorable for the preparation of high-grade concrete.
