Economic analysis on the application of concrete recycled aggregate

从社会的角度出发,研究了再生骨料生产过程中需要考虑的主要因素,并与自然骨料的生产进行对比,评价再生骨料应用的经济可行性,并针对其中三个因素进行敏感性分析,认为再生骨料价格和建筑垃圾处理成本是影响再生骨料经济效益的主要因素,从而解释了目前再生骨料应用困难的主要原因是:建筑垃圾回收率低导致再生骨料来源少;再生骨料缺乏与同类产品的竞争优势导致其缺乏市场。基于此提出了当前再生骨料利用面临的各种障碍,并给出了相应的建议。

Studies the main factors that need to be considered in the production process of recycled aggregate from the angle of society.Compared with the production of natural aggregate,it evaluated the economic feasibility of the application of recycled aggregate,and analyzes the sensitivity of three factors influencing reutilization of recycled aggregate,it concluded that the price of recycled aggregate and the cost of construction waste treatment are the major factors affecting economic benefits of recycled aggregate,which explains the two main reasons for the difficulties in the application of recycled aggregate are as follows,one is the low recycling rate of construction waste causing the lack of source of recycled aggregate,another is having poor competitive advantages with similar products bringing about the deficiency of market.Based on these,it put forward various obstacles faced by the current recycled aggregate utilization,and gives some suggestions.
