移动云计算用户QoE的模糊综合评价研究 被引量:2

摘要 提出了一种旨在对移动云计算产品使用过程中的QoE进行综合评价的模型。首先结合用户目标实现的有效性,建立了包括功能体验、技术体验、过程体验、人性化体验、结果体验5个维度的移动云计算用户QoE评价指标体系模型;然后采用层次分析法确定了指标体系中相关因素的权重,并根据模糊隶属度函数对QoE评价标准进行了模糊化处理;最后采用模糊评价方法对QoE进行评价。实例表明移动云计算用户QoE的综合性评估模型可以有效地对QoE进行综合性评价。 An evaluated model to evaluate QoE comprehensively for mobile cloud computing was proposed.Firstly, combined with the effectiveness of achieving the objective, QoE evaluation index system model of mobile cloud computing user including five dimensions which were functional experience, technical experience, process experience, human experience, results experience was established. Then the analytic hierarchy process was used to determine the weight factors of the index system weight, and according to the fuzzy membership function, QoE evaluation criteria were being fuzzy processing. At last, the fuzzy evaluation method was used to evaluate QoE. A case study indicates that the mobile cloud computing user QoE comprehensive assessment model can effectively carry out a comprehensive evaluation of QoE.
