论述了移动宽带时代,电信运营由语音经营向流量经营转变,必须以用户体验为导向开展网络资源配置。根据现网基站覆盖的区域特点,开展了数据挖掘分析,初探了基于典型场景的业务需求分析方法,建立了基于典型场景的分业务流量需求模型。

It was discussed that in the mobile broadband era, telecom operation, changed from voice to traffic operation, must be guided by the users experience to carry out the network resource allocation. According to the area characteristics of the current network base station coverage, data mining analysis was carried out.The business requirement analysis methods based on typical scenario were studied. The business traffic demand models based on typical scenario were established.
