京津冀产业生态共生三维立体循环模式

Analysis of Three-dimensional Circulation Pattern of Industrial Ecological Symbiosis in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region

京津冀是北方经济发展的重要增长极,当前该地区雾霾严重。要从根本上解决京津冀地区污染严重的问题,需探寻新型的产业生态共生模式。在对国内外产业生态共生研究现状进行分析的基础上,提出京津冀产业生态共生三维立体循环模式,指出京津冀产业生态共生需依赖地域、产业、微观主体三个层面的共同努力,通过三个地域间的资源、产品、技术的互补和区域划定—产业协作—主体参与的过程逐步实现。

Beijing‐Tianjin‐Hebei region is the important grow th pole of economic development in North Chi‐na ,and haze pollution is serious in the region at present .It is quite necessary to explore a new industrial ecological symbiotic mode to solve the serious pollution in the region .Three‐dimensional circulation pat‐tern of industrial ecological symbiosis is proposed based on the current analysis of domestic and foreign re‐search on industrial ecological symbiosis ,and it is pointed out that the industrial ecological symbiosis of Beijing‐Tianjin‐Hebei region should depend on the joint efforts of region ,industry and microeconomic enti‐ty .Three‐dimensional circulation pattern of industrial ecological symbiosis should be realized through com‐plementation of resources ,products and technology ,and the process of regional division ,industrial coop‐eration ,subject participation in the three regions .
