京津冀教育协同发展视阈下的河北省高等教育革新之路

京津冀协同发展的国家战略要求京津冀在高等教育领域协同发展,并为京津冀在高等教育合作方面提供了难得的跨越式发展机会。而京津冀高等教育协同发展也能为京津冀区域提供更为优质的科技、智力及人力资本,进而成为推动京津冀区域经济社会协同创新发展的重大引擎。通过京津冀高等教育资源比较分析,审视河北省在高等教育资源上的比较优势,提出契合京津冀协同发展的河北省高等教育发展举措,以期实现京津冀在高等教育合作领域的互利共赢。

Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei coordinated development of the national strategy calls for the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei joint development in the field of higher education.It provides a rare opportunity to leapfrog development in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei higher education.Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei joint development in the field of higher education will also provide more quality technological capital,intellectual capital and human capital,thus promoting economic and social development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei.In this paper,a comparative analysis of higher education resources of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei,examines comparative advantage in higher education resource of Hebei.Reform and innovative approaches of Hebei higher education were put forward in the context of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei higher education joint development in order to achieve mutual benefit and win-win cooperation in the field of higher education.
