唐山作为渤海湾重要的开放城市和北方重工业城市,长期以资源能源密集型产业为主导,出口产品碳含量高,极易受到碳壁垒的影响,通过对唐山市出口产品的碳排放测算,分析了唐山目前的出口贸易现状及低碳贸易壁垒对唐山的出口贸易影响,从产业结构和商品结构优化、贸易方式多元化、能源消费结构调整、低碳技术创新等方面对唐山市出口贸易低碳化提出了策略建议。

Tangshan as an important open city and the northern city of heavy industry in Bohai Bay,high carbon content of export products,vulnerable to carbon barriers,thus achieving exports of low-carbon development is important for the sustainable development of Tangshan export trade.Due to long-term resource Tangshan led energy-intensive industries,so that low-carbon development of export trade is facing a lot of problems,which,size,product mix,the proportion of high-carbon products,export market and carbon emissions for Tangshan city's export trade problems were analyzed for this situation to achieve export ' high-carbon' in low-carbon technology will face problems and difficulties,from optimization of industrial structure and product mix,diversified trade,energy structure adjustment of consumption,lowcarbon technology innovation to Tangshan export low-carbon policy recommendations made.
