煤炭类专业大学英语教学困境与路径

A Research of the Dilemmas and Routes of College English Teaching for Students Majoring in Coal Mining

当前国内和国际煤炭市场竞争激烈,作为煤炭类专业的学生,不仅应该具备良好的职业素养和专业知识,同时也要具备良好的英语能力。由于种种原因,煤炭类专业的学生在英语学习上往往存在厌学情绪严重、自主学习能力弱、缺乏国际化视野等问题。通过分析这些问题的症结,并提出相应的对策,能帮助煤炭类专业大学英语教师有针对性的调整教师思路和教学策略,从而更好的服务于英语教学,提高学生的英语水平,培养出优秀的复合型煤炭人才。

Facing the fierce competition in current domestic and international coal market,students majoring in coal mining should have not only good professional quality,as well as good English competence.Due to various reasons,students majoring in coal mining have many problems in English learning,such as serious learning weariness,weak autonomous learning ability,lack of international vision,etc..Analyzing the root of these problems and putting forward the corresponding countermeasures,this paper can help college English teachers adjust their concepts and teaching strategies for English teaching,which can help improve students' English level and cultivate excellent inner-disciplinary talents.
