摘要
在分析重点产业和新兴产业引进人才与技术需求特征的基础上,提出了基于可拓学理论的人才评价方法。并以高校科研机构的人才评价为例,对提出的方法进行实例验证,验证表明该法可依据不同的指标体系和权重,同时实现人才等级评定和同级别内人才质量排序,具有较强的普适性。
