"低头族"问题作为现代技术发展所带来影响的负面部分,已日趋严重且日益受到大众关注。大众对于"低头族"多采取一种极端消极的态度,通过理论分析与实证分析两个方面,说明技术发展不可逆,以及如何在处理现代技术与中国学生学习成绩关系的问题上趋利避害,让技术造福于社会。辩证地看待"低头族"问题,用"疏"取代"堵",让技术为我所用,这是当下最应采取的面对技术问题的措施。

Nowadays,phubbing the phenomenon of students looking at cellphones in class is becoming more and more prevalent and is gaining increasing public attention.The public generally hold a deprecating attitude towards the phenomenon,regarding it as just another negative outcome brought by technological advancement.This article,through theoretical and empirical analysis,makes the point that technological development is irreversible and that the only course is to strike a balance between modern technology and students' academic study.Suggestions are made regarding how to make the most of technology while avoiding its negative effects in order to benefit students' learning and the society at large.Phubbing should be viewed dialectically and the right way to deal with such problems should be to make use of the technology instead of trying to get rid of it all together.
