基于“卓越计划”的自动化专业人才培养模式的探索与实践

Exploration and Practice on Talent Training Mode of Automation Major Based on“Excellence Initiative”

"卓越计划"是国家教育部贯彻落实《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要》的重大改革项目。结合华北理工大学自动化专业"卓越计划"卓越工程师培养的实际经验,阐述了面向工程能力素质培养的自动化专业培养标准、培养方案和制度保障,对我校自动化专业"卓越计划"的实施情况,尤其是"卓越计划"的实施特色进行了分析,并进行了总结和展望。

'Excellence Initiative'is a major reform project of the Ministry of Education implementing National long-term education reform and development plan.Combined with the actual experience in the cultivation of automation specialty outstanding engineers of North China University of Science and Technology,the cultivation standard suitable for engineering ability training,the cultivation program and institutional guarantee are illustrated.The implementation and especially the characteristics of Automation Major'Excellence Initiative'are analyzed.Eventually the summary and prospect are made.
