摘要
本文采用问卷调查的方法,初步证实了商务单证在职员工的自主学习行为整体上明显强于独立院校商务英语专业学生,比较了两者在自主学习行为方面的具体差异;基于对被试的半结构式访谈,分析了两者之间自主学习行为差异的原因,从而有针对性地就如何提高商务英语专业学生的自主学习提出了一些教学建议。
By means of questionnaires,this paper seems to prove that the autonomous learning behaviors of employees is much stronger that of business English majors,it tries to compare the specific differences between employees and college students.And the differences are accounted for through interview.In this way,appropriate advices are given on how to improve college students' learner autonomy,and thereby to improve teaching and teaching efficiency.
