摘要 研究生教育的任务是要培养高素质的创新科技人才,创新是核心,创新思维与科研能力是培养质量的衡量标准。因此,从创新思维训练和科研能力提升的角度,将翻转课堂教学法引入"神经网络及应用"课程中,引导研究生课前自学教学视频,布置思考问题和任务,课堂抽取任务讲解、讨论并解决问题。经过两轮教学实践表明,翻转课堂教学法对研究生创新思维训练和科研能力的提升具有一定的促进作用,可进一步推广到其他小班教学课程中。 The basic task of postgraduate education is to cultivate high-quality innovative talents of science and technology.Innovation is the core,innovative thinking and scientific research ability is the measure standard of cultivation quality.Introduce the flipped classroom into Neural Network course so as to training innovative thinking and promoting scientific research ability.Guide the graduate student self-study teaching video before class,assign the homework and problem,report one by one during the class,and discuss,solve problems in the end.Twice teaching practices show that flipped classroom has promoted innovative thinking and scientific research ability of graduate students,which can be further extended to other small-class teaching course.
