从目的论角度看儿童文学的翻译——对比分析《小王子》的两个中译本

On Translation of Children's Literature from Perspective of Skopos Theory:A Case Study of Two Chinese Versions of The Little Prince

目的论指导下的儿童文学翻译,要求译者全意为儿童读者服务,以儿童的视角为基准,进行翻译活动。以目的论为视角,对比分析儿童文学《小王子》的两个汉译本,并举例分析两译本中所采取的不同翻译方法。研究认为,儿童文学译者在翻译时应牢记自己的翻译目的,两译作并无优劣之分,柳鸣九的译文较适合儿童读者。研究表明,目的论是一种分析和解决实际翻译问题的有效途径。

Under the guidance of skopos theory in children's literature translation,translators should translate from children's stand of view so as to offer a better service for children.From the perspective of skopos theory,this thesis analyzes different Chinese versions of The Little Prince by comparison,and gives examples of different translation methods.This thesis suggests that the purpose of translation should be kept in mind by translators.It's not right to tell which version is better,but it's sure that Liu Mingjiu's work is more suitable for children.All in all,skopos theory plays an effective role in analyzing and solving practical problems in translating.
