摘要
目的了解云南省某三级甲等医院护士开展科研状况及制约因素,为制定促进临床护理科研措施提供依据。方法自行设计调查表,包括开展科研现状、对科研的态度、存在困难及对科研相关知识的需求等,对682名临床护士进行问卷调查。结果682名护士中,分别有0.88%、6.16%、11.58%目前或曾经申请科研立项、发表论文和参与科研。不同年龄、学历和职称护士参与科研、发表论文、科研立项的比例比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。68.04%的护士愿意参加科研,其中26.08%为了晋职称而参加科研与书写论文。制约护士开展科研的前3位因素为工作压力大没有时间、选题困难、不了解国内外学科发展情况。结论针对不同特征的护士强化护理科研培训、管理,改善护理科研的基础条件,激发护士开展科研的动力和热情。
Objective To probe into the current situation and constraining factors of nurses′ scientific researches in a hospital of Yunnan pro-vince and to provide the evidence for promoting nurses′ scientific research ability. Methods A total of 682 clinical nurses from a hospital of Yunnan province were investigated by using a self-made questionnaire concerning such four aspects as current situation, attitude towards scientific research, difficulties and demands. Results Among the nurses, 0.88% had filed application for a scientific research, 6.16% had published papers, 11.58% had participated in a scientific research. The proportion of participating in a scientific research, publishing papers, and leading a scientific research had significant differences among nurses with different ages, diplomas, and technical titles(P<0.05,P<0.01). Totally, 68.04% were willing to be involved into a scientific research, among whom, 26.08% participated in a research and writing papers only for a purpose of promotion in position. Three leading constraining factors which kept nurses from participating in a scientific research lay in high working pressure and lack of time, difficulty in topic selection, and ignorance of latest updates of the nursing profession at home and abroad. Conclusion For nurses with different characteristics, in order to arouse nurses′ enthusiasm in conducting a research, training programs on scientific research should be targeted to them, and the management should be strengthened, the basic conditions of nursing scientific research should be improved.
