配偶干预对男性勃起功能障碍患者的治疗作用

Role of spouse intervention in treatment of patients with erectile dysfunction

目的探讨配偶干预对男性勃起功能障碍患者的治疗作用。方法选取2015年6月至2017年10月就诊于我院的158例勃起功能障碍患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组患者给予药物治疗并辅助相应的心理治疗,观察组患者在给予药物治疗和心理干预的同时,要求配偶根据既定的实验方案参与治疗。治疗前后分别采用IIEF勃起功能专项评分、勃起功能障碍治疗满意度量表、自尊心及性关系问卷来评价干预效果。结果治疗前,两组勃起功能专项评分、勃起功能障碍治疗满意度,自尊心、总体关系满意度与性关系满意度评分比较,差异无统计学意义(均P> 0. 05);治疗后,两组各项评分均较治疗前有所提升,观察组各项指标显著优于对照组(均P <0. 01)。结论配偶干预可有效改善男性勃起功能障碍患者的治疗效果,提高患者治疗满意度,提升患者自尊心以及性关系满意度。

Objective To explore the effect of spouse intervention on treatment of male erectile dysfunction. Methods Totally,158 erectile dysfunction patients,admitted from June 2015 through October 2017,were randomly divided into 2 groups. The control group was given drug treatment and psychological therapy . For the observation group,beside drug treatment and psychological intervention, their spouse were designed to participate in the treatment according to established experimental scheme at the same time. Before and after treatment,the erectile function domain of the International Index of Erectile Function ( IIEF) ,the Erectile Dysfunction Inventory of Treatment Satisfaction ( EDITS) ,the Self-esteem and Sexual Relationship Questionnaire were used mea-sure the 2 groups. Results Before treatment,there was no significant differences regarding erectile function,treatment satisfaction,and self-esteem,overall relationship satisfaction and sexual relationship satisfaction scores between the two groups ( P > 0. 05 for all);after treatment,the patients scored higher in the indexes,with the observation group achieving better results than the controls ( P < 0. 01 for all) . Conclusion Spouse interventions could have remarkable effect in patients' erectile function,improve treatment satisfaction,enhance self-esteem and sexual relationship satisfaction of patients.
