摘要 目的探讨基于CDIO模式的护理创新实践培训对儿科新护士创新能力提升的效果。方法对2017年儿科新入职护士40人进行护理创新实践培训,基于CDIO模式设计护理创新培训教学方案,通过构思-设计-实现-运作4个步骤实施培训。于培训前后评价新护士的评判性思维能力、创新能力。结果培训后新护士的评判性思维能力和创新行为得分显著高于培训前(均P<0.01)。结论基于CDIO模式的护理创新实践培训,可促进新护士创新思维的产生,有助于提高其评判性思维能力和创新能力。 Objective To evaluate the effect of innovative practice based on the conceive-design-implement-operate(CDIO) educational framework on improving innovative ability of new pediatric nurses.Method Forty new pediatric nurses graduated in 2017 were involved in innovative practice training that was guided by the CDIO educational framework.Critical thinking ability and innovative ability were evaluated before and after the training.Results Nurses’ critical thinking ability and innovative ability were significantly improved after the training(P<0.01 for all).Conclusion Innovative practice training guided by the CDIO educational framework contributes to cultivating critical thinking ability and innovative ability of new graduate nurses in pediatric department.
