肾癌组织中转录因子E2相关因子2和胰岛素样生长因子-1的表达 被引量:4

Expressions of Glucose Transporter 1 and Phosphorylated Signal Transducers and Activators of Transcription 3 in the Renal Carcinoma

摘要 目的探讨肾癌组织中转录因子E2相关因子2(Nrf2)和胰岛素样生长因子-1(IGF-1)的表达及其临床意义。方法采用免疫组化S-P法检测63例肾癌和30例癌旁正常肾脏组织中Nrf2和IGF-1的表达,并分析两者与肾癌临床病理参数的关系。结果肾癌组织中Nrf2和IGF-1的阳性率分别为79.37%、76.19%,癌旁正常肾脏组织分别为16.67%、20.00%,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。肾癌组织中Nrf2和IGF-1的表达与其淋巴结转移、病理分化程度和临床分期有关(P均<0.05)。肾癌组织中Nrf2和IGF-1的表达呈正相关关系(r=0.452,P<0.05)。结论肾癌组织Nrf2和IGF-1持续高表达,这可能与肾癌的发生发展有关。 Objective To investigate the expressions and clinical significance of nuclear factor erythroid-2 related factor 2( Nrf2) and insulin-like growth factor 1( IGF-1) in the renal carcinoma. Methods Immunohistochemistry S-P method was used to detect the expressions of Nrf2 and IGF-1 in the 63 cases of renal carcinoma and the 30 cases of paraneoplastic normal renal tissue. The relationship between GLUT1 or PSTAT3 and clinicopathological features were analyzed. Results The positive rates of Nrf2 and IGF-1 were 79. 37% and 76. 19% in the renal carcinoma,and were 16. 67% and 20. 00% in the paraneoplastic normal renal tissue( P < 0. 05). The expressions of Nrf2 and IGF-1 in the renal carcinoma were related with lymph node metastasis,pathological differentiation degree and clinical stage( P < 0. 05). The expressions of Nrf2 was positively related with IGF-1 in the renal carcinoma( r = 0. 452,P <0. 05). Conclusion High expressions of Nrf2 and IGF-1 are related to the canceration and improvement of renal carcinoma.
