2940nm 3D点阵铒激光治疗阴道松弛综合征的近期疗效观察及可行性分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的:对2940 nm 3D点阵铒激光治疗阴道松弛综合征的近期疗效观察及可行性分析。方法:采用2940 nm 3D点阵铒激光治疗45例阴道松弛征患者,疗程3次,治疗结束后,对治疗前后主观症状和客观查体进行对比,根据疗效判定标准进行疗效统计。结果:在治疗后的随访中,患者性生活满意度、阴道干涩、压力性尿失禁和治疗前对比皆得到显著提高改善,差异均具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。在研究过程中无不良事件发生。结论:2940 nm 3D点阵铒激光治疗阴道松弛征,治疗方法简单快捷,安全有效,值得临床推广。
