牙周基础治疗对冠心病患者血清Hcy的影响分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的:分析牙周基础治疗对冠心病患者血清Hcy的影响。方法:选定本院收治的冠心病合并牙周炎患者100例,研究时段从2015年7月至2018年7月,对所有研究对象均展开牙周基础治疗,比较治疗前后牙周指标、血脂水平、血清CRP以及血清Hcy水平。结果:治疗后AL、PLI、SBI、PD、LDL-C、TG、TC、血清CRP、血清Hcy水平显著较治疗前低,P<0.05(具统计学差异);治疗后HDL-C水平显著较治疗前高,P<0.05(具统计学差异)。结论:牙周基础治疗可有效降低冠心病合并牙周炎患者血清Hcy水平,对于预防、治疗冠心病具有一定的积极意义。
