摘要
利用独立开发的TSC试验系统,成功测量了厚达1 mm氧化铝陶瓷的热刺激电流特性。在世界上首次用试验证明,采用TSC法对接近工况Al2O3陶瓷进行研究是有效的。试验结果表明,Al2O3陶瓷试样的热刺激电流特性随金属氧化物添加剂的不同而不同。分析表明,金属氧化物添加剂显著影响氧化铝陶瓷的陷阱能级分布。
Thermally Stimulation Current technology is a powerful tool for studying the charge storage and trap distribution of dielectrics. We measured the TSC characteristics of Alumina ceramics with 1 mm thickness successfully. The TSC method experimentally used to study the Alumina ceramics; even its thickness is up to practical application. Experimental results show that TSC characteristics of the ceramics samples is varied with different metal oxide additives. The further analysis indicates that the metal oxide could significantly influence the trap energy distribution of Alumina ceramics.
