摘要
分析了珠江电厂国产 30 0MW机组 10 2 5t/h锅炉配置的ASN 2 880 /16 0 0型动叶可调轴流式引风机叶片断裂的原因 ,认为其主要因叶片材质不合格、铸造质量差 ,以及运行中叶片的动应力较大所致。对此 ,采取了更换叶片材质等措施 。
he causes of blade breakage in title induced draft fan with adjustable moving blades allocated for 1025t/h boiler of home-made 300MW unit at Zhujiang Power Plant in Guangzhou City have been analysed. It is considered that the main causes are as follows: (1) the quality of blade material isn't up to standard; (2) the quality of casting is bad; (3) the dynamic stress of blades in operation is larger. For these reasons, some measures, such as improving quality of the blades' material etc., have been put forward, then the problem of blade breakage has been thoroughly solved.
