详细介绍了船舶三自由度运动仿真平台的控制原理及硬件和软件的工程实现。硬件由运动平台和电控系统构成,电控系统是双闭环反馈控制系统,执行机构是伺服电机,输入信号由计算机中控制软件给出。编制不同的控制软件,平台可以仿真实船不同的运动历程。最后介绍了平台在船舶运动预报中的应用。
The control principle of a three-freedoms motion simulation platform of ship is discussed, and the realization of the hardware and software is introduced in detail. The hardware consists of the motion platform and electrical control system, which is a double-loop feedback control system. The executing mechanism is three servo electrical machines. The input is given by the control software. With programming various control software, the platform can simulate various motion processes of real ships. It is also given in the paper a practical application in ship motion short-term prediction.
