摘要
代表耐磨钢的ZGMn13,虽有许多优异特性,但其初始硬度低,屈服极限低,热膨胀系数较大,给球磨机运行带来许多不良影响,尤其在使用高硬度磨球后,故障表现更突出。通过对球磨机主要故障和衬板变形的原因分析及使用高硬度球后变形加剧等现象的分析,认为ZGMn13不是电站磨煤机衬板的理想选材。
As a kind of typical wearproof material,ZGMn13steel has many outstanding properties,but its low initial hardness,low yield strength and big thermal expansion coefficient bring about many adverse effects on the operation of tube mill,such as bolt crack on lining board,severe damage of major bearing liner,deformation of lining board etc.These faults are more conspicnous when higher hardness steel balls are used in tube mills.Through the analysis of these faults,this paper concludes that ZGMn13steel isn't an ideal material for lining board of tube mills in coal-fired power plant.
