摘要
提出了高压电力设备综合诊断管理系统的一般框架,以SF6断路器为例,说明了该诊断系统的具体模式:通过现场监测断路器及其操作机构各个部件的有关电气、机械和化学参量,利用逻辑或阈值范围判断及有关波形分析方法诊断其故障部位,指导现场维护和检修工作,提高了设备的安全运行水平。
The general frame of synthetic diagnosis and management system of high-voltage electrical equipment is proposed, and the concrete mode of the diagnosing system is illustrated by the example of SF6 circuit-breaker. While monitoring on-spot the electrical, mechanical and chemical parameters of the circuit-breaker and its operation mechanism components, many fault spots may be diagnosed by logical or threshold judgments and by wave analysis. Then the maintenance and repair are under guidance and the equipment's safe operation will be improved.
