摘要 Juhn和Tseng提出的快速广播(FB)协议是视频点播系统中一种优秀的发送协议。但是只有用户到达率达到一定程度时,它才能体现出性能优势。该文对它在低用户到达率时的行为进行了改进。 Juhn and Tseng's fast broadcasting(FB) protocol is an excellent distribution protocol for video-on-demand. But it only performs well in a specific range of request arrival rates. The paper improves its performance at low request arrival rates.
