Design and Implementation of Network Ramble Learning Based on IMS LIP

分析了现有的网络教育管理系统在学习者信息描述与交换方面的不足，在此基础上提出了网络教育管理平台上的漫游学习功能的设想, 并依照IMS LIP标准建立了学习者信息模型,阐述了如何利用SOAP和Web Service技术设计和实现支持漫游学习功能的网络教育管理系统。

This paper analyzes the shortage of network education management system in the description and exchange of learner information, and consequently, it proposes a ramble learning function. In order to realize the function, it constructs a learner information model according to IMS LIP. At last, it designs and develops a network education management system that supports the ramble learning function using SOAP and Web service.
