核移植前激活牛受体卵子对供体核形态变化的影响
Effect of pre-activating bovine recipient oocytes before nuclear transfer on morphology change of donor nuclei
摘要
研究以牛体外受精卵作为供体、体外成熟卵子作为受体进行核移植。核移植后根据受体卵子的激活与否及细胞融合时间不同,分别观察了供体核在受体卵子内变化。
