摘要
家蚕丝素蛋白基因不仅高度专一地在后部丝腺中表达,而且在家蚕胚胎发育及幼虫发育过程中,丝素蛋白基因的表达在时间和空间上受到精细的调控,因此研究丝素蛋白基因的调控方式,能使我们了解生物体如何利用遗传信息,对基因进行时间和空间上的表达调控。调控丝素蛋白基因表达专一性的启动子/增强子结构相对较为简单,也更利于研究。本文就近年来在家蚕丝索蛋白基因研究中取得的成果进行综述。
The fibroin gene,which encode the protein components of the silk cocoon,specifically transcript in the posterior silk gland and are temporally and spatially regulated during embryonic and larval development. Studies of its activadon will enable us to decipher the mechanism that control the utilization of genetic information for time-and space-dependent expression. The promoters/enhancers that are responsible for the highly specific expression pattern of the silk fibroin genes are expected to be correspondingly simple and experimentally tractable.In this paper, we review the current state of knowledge concerning the structure and developmental regulation of silk fibroin genes.
