醴陵沩山窑遗址考古调查取得重要收获

Important Results from Archaeological Surveys of the Kiln Ruins on Mount Weishan of Liling

株洲市文物局于2009年6月组建考古调查队,对醴陵沩山进行考古调查,发现了宋元、明清以及近现代不同时期的窑址60余处,改写了醴陵沩山烧窑始自清代的历史。发现的大量窑址及与烧窑相关的遗迹对于研究醴陵乃至湖南湘东地区瓷窑烧造历史提供了新资料。

The survey of Mount Weishan of Dongbao Township in Liling in June of 2009 revealed the kiln ruins of the Song,Yuan,Ming and Qing dynasties and modern times.The discovery of kiln sites and remains related to the use of kilns changed the theory that kilns of Mount Weishan only appeared in the Qing Dynasty.This has provided new materials for the study of the history of ceramics kilns in Liling and even the whole eastern Hunan region.
