中国丝绸博物馆馆藏两份护照学术价值初探

A Preliminary Study of the Academic Value of Two Passports in the Collection of the China National Silk Museum

前几年,中国丝绸博物馆征集到了清代光绪年间的两份由江南织造部堂颁发的护照(以下笔者简称丝绸护照),丝绸护照的文字不多,但却对清朝末期的丝绸织用制度、厘卡税收制度以及天津海关史的研究,提供了不可多得的史料。仔细解读和研究这两份丝绸护照,具有一定的学术价值。

Several years ago,the China National Silk Museum acquired two passports issued by the Jiangnan Textile Commission furing the reign of Emperor Guangxu of the Qing Dynasty.These two passports,though containing few words,offers rare historical material for the study of the history of silk production in the lower Yangtze River regions,the taxation system and the history of the Tianjin Customs at the end of the Qing Dynasty.Further analysis and study of these two passports will be of great academic value.
