摘要
本文综述了目前作者所见的恐龙蛋化石标本,解剖测试了一些样品;提供了化石蛋壳厚度及表面特征、X射线衍射分析、蛋化石壳微量元素含量、光学显微镜和扫描电子显微镜(简称SEM)研究成果。在SEM下发现了石化恐龙蛋壳内壁的卵壳膜纤维体,从一个侧面说明某些恐龙是'热血'的。本文将恐龙蛋化石分成三类:碎蛋型、寡蛋型、孵成蛋型,并着重探讨其形成过程及真假恐龙蛋化石的判别标志。综述了恐龙蛋化石的研究意义。
This paper makes a survey of the dinosaur egg fossils that the author has seen so far,some of which have been sliced and tested.It provides the fossil eggshell thickness and surface features,X-ray diffraction analysis,the trace element content in the shells of the eggs fossils,and the result of optical microscopy and scanning electron microscopy(referred to as the SEM)research.The SEM shows the existence of membrane fi ber body along the inner wall of the fossilized dinosaur eggs,which indicates that some dinosaur species were“warmblooded”.This paper divides dinosaur egg fossils into three categories:the broken egg type,single egg type,and fetus type.It focuses on their formation process and on the features to decide true and fake dinosaur egg fossils.It also summarizes the significance of studying these fossils.
