从馆藏圹志看王先谦的生卒时间

Discuss the Dates of Wang Xianqian’s Birth and Death throughthe Epigraph of Wang Xianqian in the collection of Changsha Municipal Museum

王先谦是晚清著名学者和保守主义的代表人物。近年来,学界对他的研究逐渐升温,但关于其生卒年却说法各异,尚无定论。通过对长沙市博物馆收藏王先谦圹志的整理,本文确定了王氏的生卒时间,对王先谦及其相关问题的研究或有裨益。

Wang Xianqian was a celebrated scholar and a representative of conservatism in the late Qing Dynasty.Despite increasing interest in him in the academic circle,there are different theories about the year of his birth and death,which still remains undetermined.Through the study of the epigraph of Wang Xianqian in the collection of Changsha Municipal Museum,this paper determines the dates of his birth and death.It might be of some help to the study of Wang Xianqian and related issues.
