关于永州市石刻保护利用的思考

The Protection and Utilization of Stone Carvings in Yongzhou

石刻是永州文化遗产中的耀眼篇章,年代早,数量多,价值高,保存好,亮点和特色鲜明。永州历来高度重视石刻的发掘、保护和弘扬,积极打造石刻文化品牌,进行了许多有力的探索和实践。但管理机构不健全、保护经费短缺、技术人才匮乏等诸多客观存在的问题制约了石刻的有效保护和可持续利用。本文建议将实施石刻抢险加固工程、推广石刻保护技术、建立石刻数据库、加强石刻学术研究和宣传推广、发掘石刻旅游开发潜力等作为下阶段的重点工作,从而整体推进永州石刻保护利用水平。

Stone carvings constitute a brilliant part of the cultural relics of Yongzhou,as they are old in age,numerous in number,high in value,good in protection,and unique in highlights and characteristics.The City of Yongzhou has long attached great importance to the excavation,protection and promulgation of these stone carvings and made vigorous exploration in actively building the stone carving brand.However,such existing objective problems as imperfect managerial institution,shortage of protection funds and lack of technical personnel have set constrains on the effective protection and sustained utilization of these stone carvings.This paper proposes to set as key targets the following tasks:reinforcement project of the stone carvings,popularization of stone carving protection technology,establishment of stone carving data,intensification of the academic research and promulgation of the stone carvings,and the discovery of potentials for tourism development.These measures will comprehensively upgrade the level of protection and utilization of the stone carvings.
