3D打印技术在文物修复上的应用和探讨——以鹊尾炉修复为例

The Application and Discussion of 3-D Printing Technology in the Restoration of Cultural Relics——With the Example of the Restoration of the Tailed Incense-Burner

在人手少、时间紧、任务重以及文物不适合翻范的情况下,提出了运用快速的3D打印成形技术代替传统的补配技术的方案,为此开展了3D打印技术在文物修复和复制上的应用、打印技术来源及概念、打印材料及其耐久性的调研,并以唐代鹊尾炉的修复为例,探讨了3D打印技术在文物修复实际操作中的应用。结果表明,3D打印技术与文物修复结合能简化或者解决文物形状复原问题,能减少对文物的损害。同时,本文就补配件做旧、文物鉴定、知识产权的问题进行了简单的说明。

In the situation when there is a lack of manpower and time,the task is heavy and the artifact is unsuitable for reproduction through moulding,this paper puts forward the scheme of replacing traditional repairing technique with rapid 3-D printing technology and conducts an investigation into the application of 3-D printing technology in artifact repair and restoration,the origin and concept of printing technology,printing materials and their durability.It then uses the example of restoring the Tang dynasty tailed incense-burner to explore the actual application of 3-D printing technology in the restoration of artifacts.The result shows that the combination of 3-D printing technology and artifact restoration can simplify and solve the problem of maintaining the completeness of the shape of artifacts and reduce the damage to artifacts.The paper also gives a brief explanation of such issues as the aging of appendices,the authentication of artifacts and intellectual property.
