博物馆临展业务绩效产出评价研究——以湖南省博物馆为例

On the Evaluation of Business Performance Output of Museum Temporary Exhibitions——With the Example of Hunan Museum

摘要 随着国家对公共文化事业财政扶持力度的加大,博物馆面临发展的重大机遇,如何提升博物馆业务水平和财政资金使用效益是博物馆发展的当前要务。本文从博物馆业务的重要构成——临展业务的绩效产出评价着手,分析现行临展业务绩效产出评价现状,设计出'时效倍数'新型评价指标,并以湖南省博物馆为例,对其近年临展业务绩效产出进行初步分析,旨在提高博物馆对绩效管理的认识和运用,促进博物馆临展业务水平提升,为社会公众打造更多优质文化产品。 With the intensification of the financial support of the country for public cultural undertakings,museums face an important opportunity of development.How to upgrade the level of museum business and the financial fund application benefit is an important and urgent task for the development of museums.From the point of an important element of museum business—the evaluation of business performance in temporary exhibitions,this paper analyzes the present situation of temporary exhibition business performance output evaluation at the moment,designs the new evaluation index of'time-effect multiple',and offers a preliminary analysis of the temporary business performance output of the Hunan Museum in recent years,in an attempt to enhance museums’understanding and application of performance management,upgrade the business level of museum temporary exhibitions,and provide more high-quality cultural products to the public.
